Reporting Responsibilities:

Grant recipients will consult with staff to determine what outcomes and information will be used to define the success of the project. Both numerical measurements and a narrative will be required upon completion of the project. Items that must be measured include:

Number of Jobs Retained
Certification Rate
$ and % private sector match

    Increase in capital investment (new investment in equipment or facilities)


The Region 13 Workforce Response Team will assist employers with reporting activities.

Quarterly reports are due 10 days after the end of each calendar quarter and final reports are due 30 days after the end of a project.
