Training Reimbursements
TEC may pay up to 50% of a new employee's wages during initial training through our On-The-Job Training program.

Improve employee attendance, job performance, and well-being. On-site workshops and training available. Can provide your employees with free child care referral services.

The Region 14 portion of the program is designed to offer grants to local businesses within the workforce areas of Grant, Harney, and Malheur Counties.

Region 13 of Work Source Oregon (R13) supports the ongoing success, growth and increased competitiveness of Baker, Union, and Wallowa County business. They are looking to partner with them in offering training grants of up to $40,000 for targeted workforce training.
