Program objectives are
to assist adults and dislocated workers so they will gain skills
that will allow them to re-enter the labor market in a full-time
career.

Adult program assists with individuals
who are:
- 18 years of age or older
- Economically disadvantaged
Dislocated worker program assists with
individuals:
- Who have been terminated, laid-off, or received
notice of termination or layoff and are unlikely to return to
previous industry or occupation
- Who have provided unpaid services to family and
have been dependent on the income of another family member but
are no longer being supported by that income.
